You can search for your favorite item by entering its name or URL into our search bar; or you can search for multiple items by using the ‘’ quick order’’ tool.

After weighing the package, Janbox's system will send you an email informing you of the second charge.

Check the item information for your package and make any changes necessary.

Make sure all the packages you want to Consolidate are displayed on “Package information”. Select the orders you want to Consolidate and register for the Consolidation Service.

Please choose a package that you would like to apply for optional service and click “Payment”. After confirming all information, please choose an optional service or Protective packaging, or Special service.

Janbox staff will consolidate your packages the following business day. After consolidation, the new package will be displayed on your “Package information”. We will send you a notification email when the new package has been registered.

Make second charges.

* Your package will not be shipped until you have paid the remaining shipping fees. Please don’t forget this step of the process.
