If I purchase a fake item, will Janbox compensate me?

Verifying and ensuring good authenticity is not a part of our inspection at the warehouse. Therefore, if the seller sends a counterfeit item, Janbox will negotiations with the store/seller to return or request a refund for the order.

Besides it, brand items that have a problem during transportation will not be compensated if you do not use our insurance service
