what happens if the store/seller sends wrong item after being checked at the Janbox warehouse in Japan?

When we perform a checking service for customers and find out that the store/seller sends the wrong item, the order will be moved to claiming process and pending within 7 days.
- Janbox will contact the seller in that case and ask for the following solutions: Exchange the product according to your order.
- Return the product and get a refund.
Depending on the seller's decision, Janbox will take the corresponding action such as sending the correct product to you or refunding the order.
