If an item that you have won is a prohibited item, the item needs to be disposed of before the seller delivers it to the Janbox warehouse in Japan. Once you have won the auction and the item you purchased is prohibited items from import, Janbox has to cancel your order. You will be charged with the fine of canceling your application under Janbox's regulation
