About Janbox wallet
1. About Janbox wallet?
Janbox wallet is a type of e-wallet that is only used to pay when we make purchases on Janbox. Janbox wallet includes three small wallets: J-Point wallet, US-Point wallet, and Vnd wallet.
You can use Janbox wallet to:
- Pay for the items like PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.
- Pay for other fees (delivery fees, additional services, etc.)

2. How to use Janbox wallet?
Step 1: Go to your personal page then click on “Janbox wallet’’.
Janbox will set J-Point wallet as your primary wallet. If you want to change, click on "Set as Primary" --> YES.
Step 2: Deposit money.
Vnd wallet
There are 5 methods to deposit money in Vnd wallet. Choose one and enter the deposit amount.
* Note: 1 J-Points = 1 JPY and deposit at least 10,000VND per times.
After that, you should follow the guidline to deposit money.
Then you'll receive an announcement "Successful deposit". Check the payment history on your personal page.
J-Point wallet:
J-Point wallet only allow payment through PayPal. Click on "Buy J-Point", enter the deposit amount and follow the guide. After that, you will receive an announcement "Successful deposit".
US-Point wallet:
US-Point wallet aslo only allow payment through PayPal. Click on "Buy US-Point", enter the deposit amount and follow the guide. After that, you will receive an announcement "Successful deposit".
3. Term & Condition
- Customers can use Janbox wallet to pay any fees on Janbox.com instead of paying by credit/debit card or PayPal.
- Money on J-Point wallet and US-Point wallet cannot be withdrawn for any reason.
- If you bid using Janbox wallet, the points corresponding to your bid will be temporarily withheld until the auction ends. When you win an auction, the price you place is automatically deducted from the Janbox wallet.
