Sellers deliver packages to Janbox's warehouse.

After weighing the package, Janbox's system will send you an email informing you.

Check the item information for your package and make any changes necessary.

Make sure all the packages you want to Consolidate are displayed on “Package management”. Select the orders you want to Consolidate and register for the Consolidation Service.

Please choose a package that you would like to apply for optional service and click “Payment”. After confirming all information, please choose an optional service or Protective packaging, or Special service.

Janbox staff will consolidate your packages the following business day. After consolidation, the new package will be displayed on your “Package information”. We will send you a notification email when the new package has been registered.

Make the second charge.

* Your package will not be shipped until you have paid the remaining shipping  and other service fees. Please don’t forget this step of the process.

Package is shipped to you after the payment process has been completed.
