How To Place Bids

Detailed instructions on how to bid your favorite Japanese goods in just 4 easy steps.
1. Searching for products
- Option 1: Enter an auction URL from Yahoo! Auction, or an Auction code to the search bar.
- Option 2: You can also search by product categories.
- Option 3: Search by keywords/Top keywords.
2. View item details

- If you find the item up to your liking, click on “Place bid”.

3. Place a bid
If you want to participate in the auction, click on the "Place bid" box, the system will display a bid window, continue to enter the number of money that you are willing to pay for the item in the section "Your price" and fill order information:
1. Place bid.
2. Your Price.
3. Address.
4. Shipping methods.
5. Optional service.
6. Payment methods.
After that click Agree with Terms & Policies box of Janbox and click "Place bid" to complete bidding process.
4. Bid Successful
Once your bid has been placed, you can check the auction list from the "Auction" section on "My page". Here, you can manage your auction orders such as tracking auction orders, increase bids, etc.
If your bid is the highest one at the end of the auction, you become the winner. Janbox will send you a notification.
