How can i check my order's status?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your Janbox account. Select "My page" on the menu bar, confirm the status of your order under "Order management", including the following items:
On Process (for online auction orders)> Awaiting Deposit> Awaiting Purchase> Purchased> Domestic Shipping> Awaiting Payment> Delivering> Delivered> (Request Cancellation> Cancellation Order)
