Why does my package have no tracking number?

In case you do not have a tracking number, you should not be worried. Janbox always carefully follows orders to ensure the package reaches you safely. Usually, there is no tracking number for the following reasons:
- The suppliers from Amazon, Rakuten, or Mercari choose a low-cost shipping method, so the package has no tracking.
- The packages are too small so the carrier does not notify tracking attached.
- The supplier might delay, did not update tracking, or did not confirm with the carrier. In these situations, items can sometimes arrive 5 to 10 days later than expected. With that being said you can be completely reassured that the item will not be lost.
