Why are my products in the same order but not received at the same time?

Janbox will perform transactions with sellers/suppliers on Amazon, Mercari, Rakuten, etc. as soon as the customer makes the first payment for the order. However, the products that customers buy may come from many different sellers on Amazon, Mercari,.. so the time for the sellers to send products to Janbox's warehouse in Japan will be different. Therefore, the delivery time of each product will be affected.
When the products arrive in your country, we will update the status  " Products arrived" for customers to follow (update by-product). Janbox will deliver products when the orders are all arrived.
