美味しい淹れ方
【お湯出し】150ml目安
茶葉約5gを急須に入れ熱湯を150ml注ぎ
1〜2分抽出してください。
(60度〜90度ぐらいがおすすめ)
※茶葉が開いた二煎目以降は蒸らさずに
そのままでも美味しく飲めます
【水出し】
茶葉約5gを茶こしがついたボトルに淹れ
水約500ml入れ冷蔵庫で3〜5時間抽出してください。
すっきりした味わいで、暑い季節にもぴったりです。
