伝統工芸品の関刃物、濃州孫六作の柳刃(刺身)包丁、出刃包丁、菜切り包丁の3点セットです。
手造りの鋼製で、柄は木製、箱・刃の保護キャップ付。

「伝統技法で造られた、ハガネ製の包丁は、ステンレス製と違いサビ易い性質です。ご使用後は、汚れを落としてから、植物油を塗って保管して下さい」
