木製の円形ハンドルのクープナイフです。
パン教室の先生から譲っていただきました。
こちらはローズ柄です。
PUレザーの専用ケース付きです。中に替え刃5枚と本体が収納できます。
写真に写っている刃は私物で、実際には袋に入った刃が5枚付属します。
替え刃はそのまま使用するのが普通なのですが、外国の方が刃をペンチで切って使用しているのを見るので私もそのように使っています。
実際に使いやすく、クープが綺麗に入ります。
2枚目の通り、本体の中に刃を収納できます。
