ステンレス牛刀7寸口金付きです
しばらく使用していましたが他の包丁を購入し出番がないので売却します
鋼材はコバルト合金でよく切れて刃持ちもよいです
何度か使うたびによく研いだので使用感はありますがクラッド材で峰まで芯材が入っていますのでまだまだ長く使えます
峰側から切っ先をお辞儀させていますので新品より何ミリか刃渡りは小さくなっています
マグネシアの5000番で仕上げてありますのですぐ使えます
